These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services related to Japanese Head Treatment. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • After 7:00 PM, customers must contact the spa directly for bookings at 718-650-5558.

2. Deposit Policy

  • The $25 deposit is mandatory and non-refundable.

  • Deposits are applied toward your service total at the time of appointment.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are accepted without penalty.

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Business Hours

  • We are open Sunday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Business hours may change due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

  • Japanese Head Treatment is a relaxation and wellness service and is not a medical treatment.

  • Results may vary from person to person.

6. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to accommodate other bookings.

  • Full service charges may still apply.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit. Services are provided at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
