This Refund Policy applies to all services related to Japanese Head Treatment bookings at our spa.
1. Deposit Refunds

A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The deposit is applied toward your total service fee at the time of appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are accepted without penalty (deposit is still non-refundable).

Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Service Satisfaction

While we cannot refund the deposit, we may offer a service adjustment or rescheduling at our discretion.
